KELLY FRAME, ATTORNEY 
Prior to founding the Charleston law firm, Frame Legal, LLC, Kelly Frame had a range of professional experiences, from serving as legislative director and Hill liaison for a Washington Senator, to becoming the senior research consultant for a forensic economist valuating liability in a fraudulent conveyance, mass-tort class action.
However, it was not until working for four years at a highly regarded Chicago law firm, specializing in complex commercial litigation, corporate law, business law, bankruptcy, and attorney and accountant malpractice, that Kelly Frame realized new trends and opportunities emerging in the legal profession. He envisioned a greater independence as a lawyer and in his law practice, and a better opportunity to serve the ordinary as well as extraordinary legal needs of individuals, families, business professionals and businesses.
Determined and forthright, Kelly Frame built a law practice that places cutting-edge technology, communication, and client collaboration at the forefront of the law firm. By leveraging technology, Kelly Frame is able to develop new ways to encourage communication and convenience for his business law and estate planning clients.

In his early years, Kelly spent summers in Florida and winters in Park City, Utah. Besides skiing and surfing, he has enjoyed playing soccer, golf and tennis. Additionally, Kelly Frame studied international law in Sydney, Australia, traveled Central and South America, Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and worked for Habitat for Humanity, building houses in Nicaragua.
