Flat Rates For New Start-Up's
At the startup stage, clients generally do not want to spend much money on entity research and explanations of comparative benefits and drawbacks. They just want a business formed, so they can do their deal. Therefore, we understand the need to be creative with new small business start-up's. Start-up business' need a definite budget and reasonable costs to get off the ground and emerge stronger during this economic downturn. Instead of charging hourly rates, we will negotiate flat-rate plans for individuals and new business owners. The flat-rate plans will be based on the specific legal issues involved and the client's resources.
Transparent Legal Costs
No more billing surprises or delays. We provide each of our clients the ability to monitor legal costs through their secure Client Accounts. The time we spend on a project is immediately posted to the client's personal password-protected homepage and is instantly available for review. Clients may view detailed descriptions of the legal services we provide at anytime, and at their convenience.
We will complete most small business and start-up business formation projects within 7-10 business days, but we are not responsible for any delays on the part of any state or government agency. Where a particular legal matter requires more attention, we may need to increase our fees listed above. However, as always, there will be no billing surprises and any increase in fees will be disclosed and agreed to in advance. Our business services do NOT include state filing or other government fees. We will always provide this information before any work commences.
