Our Charleston attorneys provide its clients the ability to create a Client Account and access certain attorney-client communications with our office and client documents through a secure personal home page on framelegal.com. To utilize a Client Account, you must register on framelegal.com by entering certain personal information and request a username and a unique password.

Any information received through the registration process is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or otherwise disclose to third parties any personal information that you provide through framelegal.com except as may be required by law or in response to an investigation by law enforcement or other government authorities.

By establishing a Client Account, you acknowledge and agree that in connection with your request for a Client Account, and your use of your Client Account, that you have read and agree to this Disclaimers and Terms and Conditions of Use related to framelegal.com, including use of your Client Account, you have read and understand the security processes that we maintain, and that there are always risks inherent with the transmission, storage, viewing and retrieval of data and files over the internet, including through framelegal.com. You are solely and fully responsible for the security of your username and password and for any consequences that arise out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify our office of any unauthorized use of a breach in security of your Client Account. Your right to use your Client Account is personal to you, is for your personal and individual use, and you will not permit any others to use it. Our firm reserves the right to suspend, revoke or terminate your use of framelegal.com and/or your Client Account at any time without notice to you.

Scope of Legal Services

An attorney-client relationship with prospective clients is established only after an attorney has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation of your matter.Our attorneys may decline to provide legal service if a conflict of interest is discovered. The scope of legal services to be performed by an attorney of Frame Wills will be expressly agreed upon in writing by you before any legal services are performed, and do not include any services that have been expressly excluded or are otherwise outside the scope of the written agreement.

Virtual Law Office Security

Transactions communicated through our virtual law office application and through your Client Account are conducted over Secure HTTP, which provides you with the highest industry standard protection available on the web. All payments are processed by Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processors, and no credit card or payment account numbers are stored on our servers.

No Warranty or Liability

The information presented on framelegal.com is provided “as is” and “as available”, without representation or warranty of any kind. Our Charleston attorneys do not represent or warrant that such information is or will be always current, complete, or accurate. Any representation or warranty that might be otherwise implied is expressly disclaimed.

Our firm and any of our attorneys shall not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable control, including acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities; failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military or regulatory authority; power outage or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of Frame Wills.
